Our introductory health assessments are free. This is an opportunity to get to know one another a bit and see whether we are a good fit for your healing journey.

During the free 20 minute introductory conversation, you will

  • Learn about holistic herbalism and the Moonphase Healing Method (TM).

  • Share your health goals and concerns.

  • Receive a preliminary constitutional assessment, aligned with the Ayurvedic dosha system.

Holistic Herbalism investigates and addresses the underlying causes of imbalances, which can take time to address, however sometimes our health needs are of a more immediate nature. Holistic Support Consultations offer clients support that focuses on specific imbalances of an immediate, temporary nature as opposed to chronic conditions. This might be a cold or flu, stomach issue, pain management due to an injury, topical rash due to exposure of an irritant, stress management support, or mitigating other short term imbalances and uncomfortable symptoms.

intake interview

The Comprehensive New Client Intake Interview is an in depth conversation where we discuss your health history, constitution, lifestyle, health goals, nutrition, medications and supplements, life style, learning preferences, support systems, focus challenges and other important factors that will help us architect your healing journey. We invite clients to share relevant information, including labs and other medical information that they have received from other healthcare providers.

Duration: 1 - 2 hours

(can be divided up into shorter time increments to fit your schedule)

follow up

appointments

Follow up appointments can run anywhere from half an hour to an hour. Some clients have just a few follow up appointments and others choose to follow up seasonally or monthly. This is an opportunity to address any challenges that may arise- whether health related or motivational.
